2. Professional Services

Due to the nature of customized digital services, payments are non-refundable once the service has begun, unless:

  • The service was not delivered

  • There is clear non-compliance by Mi-Tienda.com.co

Adjustments within scope are included at no extra cost.

3. Digital Products

Digital items (scripts, code, templates, documents, configurations) are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Physical Products (If applicable)

Refunds apply only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item is delivered

  • The product is incomplete

Requests must be submitted within 5 business days with evidence.

  • Order number

  • Reason

  • Evidence (if applicable)

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued via the same payment method used.

7. Cancellations

Services can only be cancelled if work has not started.
